Sandra Parks is an advocate for female leadership, a choreographer, and an experienced and passionate dance educator. She embraces innovation and collaboration in her work that investigates gender equality and diversity inclusion. In 2013, Sandra founded Women in Dance L.L.C. to celebrate and promote female leadership in dance, and since 2015, she has been hosting the biennial international conference: Women in Dance Leadership Conference.
